What do you get a kick out of?
Growing an organisation. That makes you enthusiastic. If this also happens to be in an international organisation with a nice, informal team of driven professionals, you will be thrilled.
Are you commercially minded, communicatively strong and do you like challenges? Then we would love to have a cup of coffee with you.
What is your function as business developer at Bexter?
As a business developer at Bexter, you are responsible for enthusing potential clients about TrackOnline and building and maintaining successful partnerships with them. Your focus is new business. You are driven to score and proactively look for new opportunities and leads. In addition, you give demos about our software and bring our associated services (in a natural way) to their attention, such as the possibility of implementation.
Who are you and what did you do?
We are looking for a business developer with a completed college or university degree, preferably in a commercial field. Experience in software sales and knowledge of the German language are a plus. You speak and write English fluently and have a demonstrable track record in acquiring new accounts. You are self-starting, a real closer and have a go-getter mentality. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to relationship management and liaising with colleagues. You have a passion for negotiation and relationship management and are a professional discussion partner for both relations and colleagues. Preferably, you already have a network in a relevant market and you are extremely results-oriented and a real deal maker.
And what do we offer?
A good salary because: “If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys” based on a 36- or 40-hour working week with corresponding holidays, a nice pension scheme and a suitable travel allowance. We also give training budget because we like it when you keep developing.
Of course, at Bexter you get all the tools you need to do your job well at home, on the road and in the office. A mobility budget, laptop, phone, headset, you name it. We offer a safe working environment, an international team where there is a lot of laughter and where we all work together to create a beautiful platform and satisfied customers.
We regularly organise fun team outings, padel on Tuesdays and every day someone in the office plays table tennis, during Friday afternoon drinks we sometimes play Guess the Record or have a nice chat.
And what does Bexter do?
We are Bexter the developers of TrackOnline a software platform for the registration and administration of packaging assets such as crates, pallets, carts and other load carriers we call returnable assets because we work in more than 20 countries and have international customers in all kinds of sectors such as Retail, Ornamental Horticulture and Automotive. Everything transported in the world is in or on something before it reaches the shop or consumer’s home. The registration of the packaging means in which it is transported, we take care of that! Our software also ensures that goods are used more efficiently which contributes to circularity and a better environment.
We have both feet firmly on the ground and are close to our customers. We offer quality, are clear in what we do and we deliver what we promise. We value working with each other and humour and do so in a personal and committed way.
You will join a flat organisation with self-managing teams and a collegial and informal working atmosphere, and if you have a dog, it is allowed to come to the office.

This is what we offer you
- A job at Bexter! The thought leader in logistics in packaging software.
- A position with a lot of freedom, independence and a good salary. We currently work a lot from home, but our colleagues also enjoy coming to the office.
- Obviously a super nice company to work for, but that’s what all IT clubs say these days. We can go the extra mile to emphasise that, but we’re not from WC-Eend. We’re not going to win you over with hip language, a laid-back atmosphere, caffé lattes and trips abroad. For a little developer who wants more, these are no longer special extras.
