Delft, 19/02/2026 – Collect + GO and TrackOnline are collaborating on an integration for digital consignment notes (e-CMR). With this integration, the e-CMR becomes directly available within TrackOnline, creating a stronger connection between waybills and returnable load carriers.

Collect + GO: digital consignment notes as the Standard

Collect + GO has been developing solutions for the digitalization of waybills since 2015. Based on the belief that drivers and administration are not the ideal combination, the solution focuses on automating and simplifying the administrative process for shippers and carriers as much as possible. The ultimate goal is a fully paperless supply chain.

e-CMR Linked to Load Carriers in TrackOnline

In sectors such as transport, retail, and floriculture, digital consignment notes and returnable load carriers such as crates, pallets, and roll containers are used daily.

Collect + GO and TrackOnline partly serve the same customers in these sectors. The need to directly link e-CMRs to logistics movements and load carriers was the reason for developing this integration.

“Our customers work daily with returnable load carriers and digital processes. By making e-CMRs directly available within TrackOnline, we bring waybills and load carriers together in one workflow. Users no longer need to open external applications to access the correct waybill,”
says Anna Valkenburg, Channel Manager at TrackOnline.

Insight into consignment notes without additional actions

With the integration, e-CMRs created in Collect + GO can be directly accessed within the TrackOnline mobile application. The digital consignment notes remains linked to the corresponding transactions and load carriers, without users having to switch between different systems.

This results in better visibility, fewer administrative actions, and consistent registration of waybills within the logistics chain.

“With our collaboration, we enable supply chain partners to work more sustainably and efficiently, within a legally compliant process. Returnable packaging is properly managed from the start,” says Hans Togtema, CEO of Collect + GO.

Preparation for European and National Legislation

In addition to operational benefits, legislation also plays an important role. With NIS2, eFTI, and additional national regulations, organizations in the logistics chain face stricter requirements regarding digital security, data management, and traceability. This requires reliable, secure, and future-proof digital processes.

In Spain, the use of digital control documents will become mandatory under the Sustainable Mobility Law. From October 2026, carriers must be able to digitally demonstrate what they are transporting during inspections; the e-CMR fulfills this legal requirement.

With this integration, Collect + GO and TrackOnline support organizations in preparing for this obligation and for similar regulations that are expected to follow in other European countries. This ensures that companies are not only compliant, but also further digitalize and optimize their logistics processes — ready for the future of European transport
