What is Smart Balance?
Smart Balance is a new feature in TrackOnline that provides immediate insight into all your packaging balances. Whether you want to view the current balance, the history over time, or the difference between your own stock and customer locations, it is all possible.
What can you do with it?
Smart Balance offers various views that you can configure and save yourself. You can choose from useful presets such as:
- Current balance: View how many items you have per location, with or without processed transactions.
- Period balance: Track the balance progression per day, week, or month, from the past to the future.
- Balance per company: See exactly how much packaging you have yourself and how much is located at your customers.
- Last known location: Ideal for unique items with a barcode or RFID. You can see where an item was last scanned.
- In/Out overview: Analyze the inflow and outflow of items within a specific period.
Smart pivot table and drill-down capabilities
Create your own overview with a simple drag-and-drop pivot table. Analyze by item, location, customer, or category—whatever you need. Save your own layouts and export them to Excel.
The useful part is that you can click through the figures in the tables. Want to know how a balance is calculated? Click on the figure and a new tab opens in TrackOnline, showing you exactly which transactions make up the balance. This allows you to get straight to the core.
How do I activate Smart Balance?
- Go to your profile in TrackOnline
- Open ‘Preview functionalities’
- Enable Smart Balance
The new Smart Balance view is now available in your menu.
