The TrackOnline 365 Connector, developed by Adfocom, is now fully completed and available in Microsoft AppSource. Organizations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in combination with TrackOnline can now easily find and activate the connector directly within their existing ERP environment.
This publication in AppSource follows the earlier announcement: “Adfocom develops standard integration between Business Central and TrackOnline.” With this release, the integration is finalized, extensively tested, and widely accessible.

Flexible mapping
The TrackOnline 365 Connector offers a stable and ready-to-use integration for organizations looking to digitalize their packaging and returnable asset management. Master data such as customers, suppliers, shipping addresses, and logistics partners are automatically synchronized between Business Central and TrackOnline.
Through flexible mapping, each organization decides which fields from Business Central are transferred and how they are translated into TrackOnline. Posted sales shipments, including crates and other returnables, as well as purchase receipts are automatically registered in TrackOnline, ensuring transactions are always correct and fully traceable.
The result: one platform that stays perfectly in sync. Companies maintain control over their return flows, save time, reduce errors, and work more efficiently.
TrackOnline OpenAPI
TrackOnline already offers flexible connectivity with any system through its OpenAPI. The standard connector developed by partner Adfocom builds on this foundation and is specifically designed for organizations working with Business Central.
