Foresco recently introduced a new circular platform: Collect, Repair & Reuse. The concept focuses on collecting, repairing and reusing pallets. With this, Foresco aims to enable an efficient and sustainable chain.

The challenge

Until recently, packaging flows were largely tracked manually. Think Excel files, separate communications and administrative tasks. Inefficient, error-prone and not scalable. Certainly not for a concept focused on the structural reuse of packaging.

Foresco was looking for a solution that would allow them to work completely digitally, offer live insight to customers and be prepared for new legislation.

The implementation of TrackOnline started in 2025. This SaaS solution offers:

The data from TrackOnline gives Foresco insight into scope 3 CO2 emissions, which is necessary for reporting in accordance with the international SBTi protocol.

In addition, the working method complies with the requirements of the PPWR regulation, which will make the reuse of packaging mandatory within the European Union from 2030 onwards.
