API connection

The Transport Management System and other external systems such as ERP and WMS can be linked to TrackOnline. Orders are automatically forwarded and the further handling of packaging is managed in TrackOnline. Transactions and orders are automatically imported from the ERP, WMS or TMS system, allowing you to automate lots of manual work.

TrackOnline has a well-described REST-API, which allows you as a transporter to quickly set up a connection with your own specific software. Standard connections have been realized with Navision, MatchOnline, SAP and Florisoft. By creating the connection you always receive the correct data in the packaging platform. This prevents, bookings being made in two different systems or that information between systems does not match. A connection with TrackOnline replaces multiple manual actions and minimizes the possibility of (manual) errors. With the API connection you can focus on packaging management instead of importing packaging.

In TrackOnline there are several possibilities to automate, in order to maximize the automation of your packaging processes. Digital waybill

With an integrated digital waybill, the packaging transaction is completely digitized and the cargo is ready to cross the border. Through the connection between Transfollow and TrackOnline, transporters always have the correct digital consignment bill at hand. As a result, you are looking at the same unambiguously recorded data and do not have to deal with language barriers or illegible waybills. With the integration of the digital waybill in TrackOnline, the packaging administration can be processed directly and correctly with an official e-CMR.

Previously, it took a lot of time to work with Excel sheets and keep track of paper transaction notes and waybills. With TrackOnline everything is available in a single platform in the cloud and you can easily search for the required packaging transaction, always a single click away!

The data is legally secure and everyone in the supply chain will be able to use the same data. This creates transparency in the logistics process. The risk of manual errors, or paper bills being lost during transport, will be eliminated. Mobiele applicatie

TrackOnline is zowel beschikbaar op desktop, mobiel en tablet. Hierdoor heeft iedere gebruiker altijd en overal inzicht in de hoeveelheid ladingdragers op elke locatie. Met de mobiele app hebben de chauffeurs alle informatie direct bij de hand. Zo zien zij op elke locatie alle benodigde informatie over de specifieke emballage transactie.

In de mobiele applicatie zie je direct alle relevante informatie over een transactie. Zo zie je de hoeveelheid en type emballage op elke locatie waar je als transporteur langsgaat. Rijd geen onnodige kilometers meer en weet precies waar de emballage is.

In de mobiele app kan er direct digitaal worden afgetekend voor ontvangst en eventuele onregelmatigheden worden vermeld. Ook een derde partij kan aftekenen voor ontvangst. Papierwerk en extra administratie worden hierdoor aanzienlijk verminderd. Met de mobiele applicatie van TrackOnline is de emballage administratie altijd up-to-date.

In de mobiele applicatie is het mogelijk om bij een transactie extra documenten toe te voegen, zoals een exportdocument of een foto. De e-CMR (digitale vrachtbrief), kan ook via de mobiele app direct digitaal afgetekend worden. Hierdoor is alle informatie digitaal gecentraliseerd binnen TrackOnline.

Trip management

Get insight into the different types of packaging per truck with trip management in TrackOnline. During one trip, a carrier often passes different locations. When packaging is picked up at these locations, it can be combined into one trip. This makes it easy to retrieve information by using a common trip number.

When different orders are received from customers, they are placed in TrackOnline through the API connection. Order a carrier transports during a trip are merged in TrackOnline into a common trip number. This contains all the important information about this trip, such as the types of packaging, the numbers of load carriers and the locations.

Trip management gives transporters insight into the various orders and associated packaging quantities. This makes it easy to check whether the trip was completely delivered to the customers. TrackOnline ensures a simple and efficient way of working for transporters.
