AI SmartScan is an add-on for TrackOnline that automates document processing using OCR technology and AI. You take a photo of a document with the mobile app, and the rest happens automatically. The sender, recipient, items, and quantities are recognized and immediately processed as a transaction. In addition, the document remains linked for full traceability.

The scanner supports the most commonly used transportation and logistics documents:

  • CMRs and waybills: automatically scanned and processed
  • Packing slips: items and quantities are recognized immediately
