What is AI SmartScan?
AI SmartScan is an add-on for TrackOnline that automates document processing using OCR technology and AI. You take a photo of a document with the mobile app, and the rest happens automatically. The sender, recipient, items, and quantities are recognized and immediately processed as a transaction. In addition, the document remains linked for full traceability.

The scanner supports the most commonly used transportation and logistics documents:
- CMRs and waybills: automatically scanned and processed
- Packing slips: items and quantities are recognized immediately
- Return documents: linked to the appropriate packaging stream
