As VP Sales & Marketing(Commercial Director), you will be responsible for formulating and executing a winning commercial strategy to accelerate our growth across Europe. You will lead the Sales and Marketing teams, working closely with the CEO and COO to seize strategic opportunities. Combining leadership with a hands-on approach, you will drive results and engage directly with the market.
You will build strong relationships with clients and partners, optimize commercial processes, and effectively deploy both direct and indirect sales channels. Additionally, you will actively contribute to acquiring strategic new accounts and strengthening our international presence.
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy focused on international growth and scalability.
- Lead and coach the commercial team to exceed sales objectives.
- Optimize customer-centric processes and use data-driven strategies to improve commercial performance.
- Expand our footprint in existing markets and penetrate new ones.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and partners to ensure sustainable growth.
- Directly contribute to securing new customers and partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and report on commercial performance to the board.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within the SaaS industry, preferably in logistics or retail.
- A proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses and driving international expansion.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic acumen and a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
