What are you going to do?

As a Product Owner at Bexter, you play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our product, TrackOnline. You are the connecting link between market needs and the vision of TrackOnline, gathering ideas, prioritizing requirements, and translating them into concrete user stories. 

You are part of the Scrum team and the linchpin between all stakeholders: both for clients and internally. You gather needs from various stakeholders (clients, account managers, and support) and determine their importance. You elaborate on these needs in a user story, which is then developed and delivered by the Development team. Every two weeks, you lead the Sprint planning and sprint review. During the sprint review, you gather direct feedback from stakeholders and key users, and together with your colleagues, determine the new sprint goals.   

Your stakeholder management skills are essential because within the organization, you’re responsible for both developing new functionalities and maintaining existing ones. You possess extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing and documenting requirements and business processes. 

Who are you and what did you do? 

  • You are an experienced Product Owner (with over 5 years in a similar role); 
  • You have technical knowledge and affinity or experience with logistics software; 
  • You stand firm and are decisive; 
  • You are highly communicative and proactive; 
  • You have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; 
  • You have your Professional Scrum Product Owner certification (PSPO) or a similar certificate, or you are willing to get certified in the short term.
