What are you going to do?

As an Implementation Specialist at Bexter, you’ll professionally implement our SaaS application, TrackOnline, for registering and tracking packaging at our clients. You’ll be part of a team of 6 colleagues ensuring successful and swift configuration and deployment of TrackOnline. You enjoy finding the right match between process and system and delving into the possibilities of TrackOnline.  

You’ll analyze the client’s processes and translate them into suitable configurations within TrackOnline. Then, you’ll validate these configurations with the client. You’ll support the client in testing activities and address test findings by adjusting configurations or providing further process explanations. Additionally, you’ll provide proper documentation on TrackOnline’s final setup and conduct user training. You’ll have responsibility for the scope and budget of your projects, with opportunities for collaboration with colleagues to find the best solution. You’ll also play a role in the presales process by supporting the sales team with more complex TrackOnline demonstrations.  

Who are you and what did you do? 

  • You have +3 years of experience with implementations of SaaS products;
  • You have a completed HBO education;
  • You are proficient in both Dutch and English languages;
  • You excel in planning and organizing;
  • You enjoy collaborating with customers and thinking in solutions;
  • You thrive in a versatile role, as we work with diverse parties and packaging products;
  • You enjoy working with one software solution and implementing it globally with a project-based approach and within the standards of our SaaS application;
  • You have affinity with ICT and logistics and enjoy being part of a team;
  • You’re proactive and have an active contribution;
  • You have excellent communication skills.

This is what we offer you

  • A full-time employment contract for 40 hours per week;
  • 27 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek;
  • Since you’ll work at client locations regularly, you’ll receive a mobility budget to arrange your transportation;
  • A role with autonomy, freedom, and a salary of up to approximately € 5,000.00 per month for a Senior Implementation Specialist;
