Reporting

TrackOnline generates reports of packaging balances. With the features provided by the platform you can easily create and send documents to your relations. This way you always have a balanced administration, and everyone is aware of the status of the numbers of Danish carts, CC containers, cask and other load carriers at each location!

When load carriers are transported back and forth, Danish carts, CC containers or other load carriers typically remain at the unloading location. Over time, this causes each location to build up a certain packaging balance. Either the location still has to return Danish trolleys and CC containers, or the location has a balance of load carriers due from your organization. In the balance reports of TrackOnline you can check the balance of each location. By using filters, you are able to create specific reports to obtain the right information.

In order to inform your relations of the packaging quantities, you can transmit the report directly from the platform to your relation(s). It is also possible to export data from the reports to a desired file type. With balance reports, everyone is aware of the correct numbers of Danish trolleys, CC containers and other load carriers at each location.

RFH import

For organizations that do business with Royal FloraHolland, there is a useful customized functionality that allows you to easily import data to TrackOnline and automate many manual actions. By importing the FloraHolland transactions into TrackOnline you can immediately synchronize the physical numbers of load carriers with the administrative numbers.

As a floriculture organization, you’ve probably registered Danish containers, (lock) plates and barrels and you’ve been in contact with the service within the portal of Royal FloraHolland, called: Logistic Resources Online. This service allows you to export transactions to a standardized XML format. Using this Royal FloraHolland XML file, you can very easily import it into TrackOnline.

With just a few clicks you have instant insight into all packaging transactions with your customers, suppliers, auction (s) and transporters. Get a grip on your packaging flows and reduce your losses. Through automation and process optimization, you improve the quality of your service to your customers!

Day rental

Easily set up day rental for load carriers to relations and determine from which moment the rental starts. The availability of trolleys is, especially in busy periods, an important element of trolley management in floriculture. You always want to have sufficient carts at your disposal to serve your customers. A common challenge is the absence of CC-TAG5 and Danish trolleys due to the fact they are simply not returned. This can lead to a shortage of returnable packaging. By setting up day rental in TrackOnline, customers are made aware of the return of (Danish) carts, CC containers or other returnable assets.

Various rules can be defined regarding day rental, such as the number of days, weekends, specific (busy) periods and staggered rates. The rules for day rental are completely configurable according to your own wishes. By setting day rental you can rely on a large available stock of Danish trolleys, CC containers and other load carriers. One way to ensure your available stock is to have TrackOnline generate pro forma invoices. It is also possible to generate reports based on the rental calculation and to forward the invoicing lines to a financial system via the REST-API. This ensures that the financial settlement is also directly secured. All financial aspects of packaging are covered in one platform with TrackOnline.

API connection

Various ERP-, WMS- and TMS-systems can be easily linked to TrackOnline. Orders are automatically forwarded and the further handling of packaging is managed in TrackOnline. Transactions and orders are automatically imported from the ERP-, WMS- or TMS-system directly into TrackOnline, allowing you to automate a lot of manual work.

TrackOnline has a well-described REST API, which allows you as a floriculture organization to quickly realize a connection with your own specific software. By creating the connection you always receive the correct data in the packaging platform. Standard connections have been realized with Navision, MatchOnline, SAP and Florisoft.

A connection with TrackOnline automates many manual actions. This prevents for example that bookings are made in two different systems or that information between systems does not match. Through the link, data from the ERP system is automatically imported into TrackOnline. This prevents manual input and reduces the chance of (manual) errors. With the API connection you are able to focus on packaging management instead of importing packaging.
